As you survey their menu, the elk steak and velvet elk dishes will jump off the menu as items you can’t find anywhere else. Tacos, enchiladas, burritos and quesadillas highlight their menu and if you’re feeling extra hungry and especially ambitious you can always take your turn at their infamous torta challenge.
