Hidden Pinyon Trail

Length: 1.5 miles
Hidden Pinyon Trail is located in the middle of Snow Canyon State Park, with views and plenty of plants to see along the trail. This hike is moderate in difficulty but short enough that most hikers should be able to accomplish it. A few inclines and drop-offs make the most of this short hike.
Cinder Cone Trail
Rating: Moderate
Length: 1.7 miles
This trail is easily accessible from the highway and boasts beautiful views of Snow Canyon, as well as many types of wildflowers blooming in different parts of the year. This is a great hike with some steepness and slippery gravel on the way down bumping this from an easy to a moderate difficulty rating.
Johnson Canyon Trail
Rating: Easy
Length: 1.8 miles
Johnson Canyon Trail is a family-friendly hike, great for all ages. The main feature of this trail is Johnson’s Arch, which you can see once you enter the canyon. This trail does have some closure times due to nature conservation, so make sure to double-check that it is open before you go.
Jenny’s Canyon
Rating: Easy
Length: 0.48 miles
Another hike suitable for the whole family, this beautiful hike begins on a sandy trail and ends up taking you through a slot canyon. Compared to many other slot canyons that are much more difficult to reach, this is a great option for the beginning hiker. This trail is also on a nature conservation schedule, with some closure times throughout the year.
Petrified Dunes Trail:
Rating: Easy
Length: 1.2 miles
This trail is a great walk with elevation gains that offer fantastic views of the red rock that Southern Utah is so famous for some steep slopes with rock scrambling make this a fun adventure for kids and adults alike.
